i got this free, however with no operator’s manual.. it’s a model ufs 101fm.
what should a freezer’s temp be?

Just set the dial at the middle setting. That will work for 99% of conditions.

PROPER FROZEN FOOD TEMP SHOULD BE MAINTAINED AT 0 FAHRENHEIT.
INSTALL A THERMOMETER INSIDE SO YOU CAN READ THE TEMPERATURE.
