Whirlpool 2 door frost-free, freezer on top. No power for a fortnight, huge growth inside freezer. It has gotten into thermal insulation, How do I remove it, or do I need to call a service engineer?

I acutally would like to buy an upright freezer with casters (wheels) that is less expensive than the Gladiator garage freezer. Most that I have found which come with casters are commercial grade and expensive. TIA
