A couple of days ago, I noticed my stand alone freezer (Whirlpool model aged 2yrs +/- a few months), was making a running water noise and not freezing.
I thought it might have been self-defrosting and unplugged it to let it defrost. However, it is still making the running water noise (constantly).

I own a Whirlpool Fridge/Freezer and for a little while now water continuously gathers in the bottom of the fridge.
Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening and more importantly how to stop it?
In all other respects the fridge/freezer works wonderfully.

I’ve had the freezer since 2005. moved it three times and just started to leak from the very bottom. never have had a problem with it. any ideas on why or how to fix it?!?
