I have a whirlpool side by side refrig/freezer, its only 3 years old. the lights work and you can hear the compressor running but when the doors are opened it is blowing warm air. Neither side is cooling.

a month with very little food in it. I am getting a half a beef and am wondering if I can trust this freezer? Is there a decent freezer alarm I could buy? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
