I woke up this morning and my brand new whirlpool gold bottom mount fridge freezer, was warm completely warm. All things in the freezer were thawed out completely (I have to eat alot today!!!) I read on a website the this brand of fridge freezer has defrost settings and I wondered if anyone here nows how to change them to save me the cost of appliance repair. It was a floor model so I am not entitled to have the store help me. Thank You

Sounds like you might have a refrigerant leak.

Because it’s a floor model, the store may not replace it but it should still be covered by a full year warranty by Whirlpool. Call them directly with your model & serial numbers to schedule service.
